Our secondary trading market is conducted though the Public Private Execution Network Alternative Trading System or PPEX ATS, which is registered within the Securities and Exchange Commission and operated by North Capital Private Securities Corporation. All funds deposited in your Landa Account will be held in a Custodial account maintained by Synapse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Synapse”).
