Using Autopay for Rent Payment


Autopay is a convenient feature that allows you to pay your rent automatically from your connected bank account on the first of every month. This eliminates the need to manually make a payment each month and helps ensure that your rent is paid on time. Autopay is available on the app, which you can download from the App Store or Play Store.

Enrolling in Autopay

To enroll in Autopay, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to your profile page.
  2. Look for the Autopay option and tap on it.
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your bank account and opt in to the Autopay feature.

Once you have completed these steps, your rent will be paid automatically on the first of every month from your connected bank account.

Managing Your Autopay Settings

You can manage your Autopay settings at any time by following these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to your profile page.
  2. Tap on the Autopay option.
  3. You will be able to view and edit your Autopay settings from this page. For example, you can change the bank account that is connected to Autopay or opt out of the feature altogether.

Troubleshooting Autopay Issues

If you are experiencing any issues with Autopay, try the following:

  • Make sure you have sufficient funds in your connected bank account to cover the rent payment.
  • Try to disconnect and reconnect your bank account to the app
